Nut and Fruit Oatmeal

I love this recipe because you can assemble it the night before. In the morning, simply heat it up in the microwave and you have a tasty, healthy breakfast!

 

Ingredients:

1/2 c. old fashioned oats

1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds

I Tbsp. dried cranberries

3/4 c. skim milk

Mix all ingredients together, cover, and place in the refrigerator overnight. Makes 1 serving.

Nutritional information: Calories: 332, Fat: 7.5 g., Carbs: 48 g., Protein: 18 g.
