This might be the best guacamole you've ever eaten! Regular guacamole is usually loaded with sour cream or mayo. This is a fresh, good for you alternative. It tastes so good you won't want to eat it any other way.

Ingredients:

3 ripe avocadoes

Juice of 1/2 lime

2 tsp. cilantro, chopped

1/2 c. chopped red onion

1 clove garlic, minced

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cut avocados in half. Scoop flesh into bowl. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined. Do not overmix. Makes 6 servings.

Dice up a small tomato or a medium one and it adds to it along with a teaspoon
of lemon juice for preservative purposes (cuts down on it turning brown on the
top layer if you can't eat it all and stick it in the fridge later!)
